At Profit Roadmaps, we believe in being transparent and fair about how refunds, cancellations, and access work for our digital products and subscriptions. Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.

Because our products are delivered digitally and often include immediate access to downloadable content, templates, videos, and proprietary resources, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Digital Products & Online Courses

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable once access has been granted:

  • Digital subscriptions (including monthly or annual plans)

  • Downloadable marketing kits, templates, and assets

  • Online courses and educational programs

  • Webinar recordings and digital training materials

  • Gift cards or promotional credits

Once digital access or downloads are delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Subscription Cancellations

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellations stop future billing but do not trigger a refund for the current billing period.

  • You will retain access to your subscription content through the end of your current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions are paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Annual plans are non-refundable once activated.

  • Canceling an annual subscription will prevent renewal at the end of the term but does not result in a prorated refund.

Refund Eligibility (Limited Exceptions)

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges made in error

  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content and cannot be resolved by our support team

  • Billing errors caused by system malfunction

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.

Course Access & Usage

  • Online courses are available for repeated viewing unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Sharing login credentials, course materials, or downloadable assets outside your organization is prohibited.

  • Abuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of our terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Sale & Promotional Pricing

  • Products purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

  • Promotional pricing does not change the terms of this refund policy.

Exchanges

Because our products are digital, exchanges are not offered.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider

  • Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement

If you believe a refund is delayed, we recommend:

  1. Checking your bank or credit card account

  2. Contacting your payment provider

  3. Reaching out to us if the issue persists
