Campaign Tracker

  • Campaign Name identifies the promotions you ran during this time period.
  • Dates note the dates of the promotion. When you see ebbs and flows in your metrics, this will help you determine why.
  • Notes gives you an area to make specific notes about that campaign so you’ll remember it later.

Website Performance

  • Active Users measure how many unique visitors are actively engaging with your website during a given time period.
  • Views show the total number of pages viewed, helping you understand the depth of engagement on your site.
  • Bounce Rate indicates the percentage of visitors who leave after viewing only one page, revealing how effective your site is at keeping attention.
  • Notes gives you an area to note anything specific such as your website being offline, SEO optimization efforts, or if you changed anything inside of your Google Analytics account.

Ads Performance

ROI (Return on Investment)

  • Total Spend is the total amount invested across all your marketing channels. Be sure to include money you spend on print marketing as well.
  • Total Revenue measures the the income for that month. You can do actual money in the door or the actual number of sales, but keep it consistent every month.
  • ROI calculates the overall profitability of your marketing by comparing revenue earned to money spent. Total marketing spend divided by Total Revenue times 100 gives you your ROI percentage.
  • Notes give you space to capture context like seasonal trends, pricing changes, or special promotions that explain why your return on investment may rise or fall.
